Yes. Employers can request bespoke workplace delivery and share staff numbers, courses required, preferred delivery format, location and scheduling requirements through the corporate enquiry form.

Yes. The Corporate Training page includes a consultation form where organisations can share the number of candidates, preferred delivery method and required courses.

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full course fee?Bookings & Payments

Yes, where a course has a deposit configured, learners can secure a seat with the deposit and pay the remaining balance before the course start date. Courses with no online amount are submitted as booking requests.

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full fee?Payments

Where a deposit amount is saved against the course, the booking form will show a deposit option. If no deposit is configured, the option is not displayed.

Can I work while my SIA badge application is pending?SIA Licensing

Only candidates working under an eligible SIA Approved Contractor Scheme pathway may be able to work while an application is pending. Otherwise, learners should wait until their digital profile shows an active licence status.

Do I need a first aid certificate before booking an SIA course?SIA Licensing

Yes. Candidates must hold an active, regulated Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) or First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification before they can sit their SIA exam or renew their licence. The certificate should be valid for at least 12 months from the start date of the security training.

Do you offer corporate bulk-booking discounts?Corporate Training

Yes. The source content defines 5% discount for 3 to 5 candidates, 10% for 6 to 10 candidates, and 15% plus custom scheduling options for 11 or more candidates.

Do you support invoice requests?Payments

Yes. The booking form can save invoice-based booking requests. The training team will review the request and follow up with the next step.

How do I book a course?Bookings

Choose a course, select an available schedule where one is provided, add attendee details and submit the booking form. If online payment is enabled for the course, you can complete payment securely on the website.

How does the CITB and CSCS pathway work?Construction & CSCS

Learners complete the relevant health and safety preparation, register for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test, sit the test at an approved centre, then apply for the CSCS card online with the required documents and fees.

What can I do inside the Student Portal?Student Portal

Learners can view bookings, training history, certificates, documents, upcoming sessions and support links from one secure area.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?Bookings & Payments

The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days receive a 50% refund minus the deposit. Cancellations less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the course start date, subject to availability.

What is the step-by-step process for getting an SIA Licence?SIA Licensing

Complete the relevant Level 2 security course, receive your results, submit your application through the official SIA portal, complete ID and background checks, then wait for your licence status and badge to be issued.

What must learners complete in the student induction portal?Student Portal

Learners may need to upload ID, upload prerequisite certificates, complete English and Maths baseline assessments, complete pre-course workbooks, and upload ACT Awareness or ACT Security certificates where required.

Where do course dates come from?Courses

Course dates come from the schedule rows saved inside each course record. If no schedule is saved, the course page will not invent dates.

Where will my certificate appear?Certificates

Issued certificates and uploaded certificate documents appear inside the Student Portal once they have been added or reviewed.
