Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All initial booking deposits of £50 are non-refundable. More than 14 days before the course start date, paid fees may be refunded minus the deposit. Between 7 and 14 days, a 50% refund may apply minus the deposit. Less than 7 days before the course start date, refunds are not issued. Rescheduling is free up to 7 days before the course start date, subject to availability. Late rescheduling may incur an administrative fee.
