In order to apply for this course candidates should already have a teaching qualification like the Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent). This package includes the Level 3 Delivering Conflict Management and Level 3 Delivering Physical Intervention and a free one-year Physical Intervention licence. This is all you need to become a fully qualified TPS Instructor.

Certification
Successful candidates will receive a L3 Conflict Management and L3 Physical Intervention certificate.
